Sister Margaret Stallmeyer Hall, the newest addition to the residence hall system, opened its doors to its first residents in the fall of 2018. This three-story building offers accommodation for a total of 96 students, featuring a combination of one and two-bedroom suites thoughtfully arranged around a spacious common area. Within this common area, there is a shared kitchen and semi-private bathrooms for the convenience of the residents.
In addition to the successful completion of the residence hall, UHS also provided master planning services for the college. This comprehensive plan identified potential areas for expansion in housing, academic facilities, and parking infrastructure. Stallmeyer Hall represents the first phase of a multi-phase housing initiative, laying the foundation for future campus enhancements and overall growth.
