Project Overview
Central State University partnered with University Housing Solutions to create a premier multi-phased student housing complex that reflects the university’s distinguished legacy. Located on the historic Wilberforce Campus site, the development features four residence halls, each housing 100 students, complemented by parking for over 200 vehicles and a brand-new dining facility—all thoughtfully integrated with generous green spaces to enhance campus life.
Each residence hall is designed to harmonize with the adjacent historic Emory Hall, blending tradition with modern living. Spacious informal commons areas are available on every floor, alongside well-equipped computer labs and quiet study rooms, providing students with versatile environments for both socializing and academic focus.
The buildings offer a mix of accommodations, including 36 semi-private rooms and 24 private rooms per hall, as well as two RA suites and a two-bedroom suite. Each suite thoughtfully combines two private bedrooms and two semi-private bedrooms, accompanied by three private bathrooms, creating an ideal balance of privacy and community for students.
