Trinity Hall

Following a remarkable growth in enrollment in 2022-2023, The University of Rio Grande brought in the team at UHS to provide a housing solution on campus for Rio’s upperclassmen students. Trinity Hall, a 56,000 sq. ft. residence hall located on the edge of URG’s campus, features 186 beds of apartment style living. 

The state-of-the-art facility serves as a direct reflection of the pressing need for expanded capacity. The modern, apartment style residential units feature spacious living rooms, full kitchens and private bathrooms. The ground floor features a large student lounge and study areas that open into a spacious outdoor courtyard.
