Project Overview
Students from The Ohio State University and North Central State College Regional Campus in Mansfield, Ohio, now enjoy affordable, conveniently located housing at Buckeye Village Apartments—just a short walk from OSU-Mansfield. Situated on campus-adjacent land, this residence village is designed to support student success through thoughtfully planned phases of development.
Phases I and II, opened in 2014 and 2016 respectively, feature three modern buildings totaling 114,000 square feet. These buildings comprise 3- and 4-bedroom housing pods, each thoughtfully equipped with private bedrooms featuring individual restrooms and closets, along with shared kitchens, dining areas, living spaces with in-unit washers and dryers—offering both privacy and community living. The first phase also included a clubhouse with a wireless café, group study areas, and a workout facility, introducing versatile spaces for academic work, social gatherings, and university or third-party events.
