Phases I and II, opened in 2014 and 2016 respectively, feature three modern buildings totaling 114,000 square feet. These buildings comprise 3- and 4-bedroom housing pods, each thoughtfully equipped with private bedrooms featuring individual restrooms and closets, along with shared kitchens, dining areas, living spaces with in-unit washers and dryers—offering both privacy and community living.
