Project Overview
Marking a historic milestone, Calumet College of St. Joseph proudly unveiled its very first on-campus housing project with the construction of this new residence hall. As part of a thoughtfully planned phased development, this three-story dormitory is the first of four buildings designed to support the college’s growing enrollment.
The residence hall features traditional dorm-style rooms, complemented by spacious common areas on every floor—providing ideal spaces for students to gather, study, and build community.
