University Housing Solutions successfully completed the initial phase of housing development at Madonna University in 2018, delivering two residence halls on the campus’s northeast corner. As demand for on-campus living continued to grow, UHS was proud to return for Phase II—adding a third residence hall and expanding the university’s housing capacity to accommodate over 500 students.
The three residence halls offer a range of modern living options tailored to student needs. Two of the buildings feature innovative pod-style units, where private bedrooms surround a shared living space, semi-private bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens—creating a carefully balanced blend of privacy and community. The third hall offers full apartment-style units, providing additional variety and flexibility.
Together, these residences enhance campus life by fostering a dynamic and supportive living environment that meets the diverse preferences of Madonna University’s student body.
