Project Overview
HS successfully completed the initial phase of housing development at Madonna University in 2018. This phase involved the construction of two residence halls situated on the northeast corner of the campus. Recognizing a growing demand for on-campus housing, UHS was subsequently invited back for Phase II, which added another residence hall and expanded the university’s on-campus housing capacity to accommodate over 500 students.
Among these three residence halls, two feature pod-style housing units, where individual residential units are organized around a shared living area, semi-private bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens. The third building, on the other hand, consists of full apartment-style units, offering a variety of housing options to meet the university’s diverse needs.
