Project Overview
Holland Hall represents a different kind of UHS partnership — one built on acquisition and transformation rather than new construction. In 2024, UHS purchased the existing 100-bed residence hall from a third-party owner, releasing Warner University from a restrictive lease and returning long-term control of the asset to the institution. The following summer, UHS reimagined the 35,000 SF building from the inside out — modernizing common areas and corridors, refreshing every residential unit with new furnishings and appliances, and revitalizing the building’s exterior and landscaping. Delivered in time for the Fall 2025 semester, the renewed hall opened alongside the new Stover Hall to expand and modernize Warner’s on-campus housing.
