Project Overview

The Honors Residence Hall at Central State University, marked UHS’ third project for the institution. The primary objective behind this project was to establish an “Honors Village” complementing the existing John and Fox Halls with the creation of a central quad and connecting pathways, catering specifically to CSU’s high-achieving students.

This 3-story L-shaped residence hall showcases apartment-style units, complete with full kitchens, private bathrooms, and spacious living areas. On the ground floor of the residence hall, you’ll find a student lounge, along with a substantial 5,000-square-foot office space dedicated to housing the Honors Program director and staff.
