Project Overview
Les Bois—meaning “the Woods” in French—marks a historic milestone as the first new student housing facility at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in nearly 100 years. This modern 92-bed residence hall features suite-style living with spacious bedrooms, comfortable living rooms, and fully equipped kitchenettes, creating a welcoming home-away-from-home for students.
Situated next to the iconic Le Fer Hall, Les Bois anchors a new residential hub at the heart of campus, fostering community and convenience. Beyond housing, the building includes an 11,000-square-foot state-of-the-art dining hall with seating for 150, a grab-and-go café for quick meals, and the campus bookstore—making it a truly dynamic center of student life.
