Project Overview
In 2015, University Housing Solutions proudly contributed to the opening of Lawrence Tech University’s third residence hall—named in honor of Lloyd Reuss, a distinguished former chairman of the university’s board of trustees and president of General Motors.
The residence hall is strategically designed around five unique ‘pods,’ each containing 16 double-occupancy rooms. Every pod includes a cozy common lounge with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchens, creating inviting spaces that encourage students to connect, collaborate, and build community beyond their individual rooms.
