Project Overview

In 2015, UHS played a key role in the opening of Lawrence Tech University’s third residence hall, named in honor of Lloyd Reuss, a prominent figure who served as the longtime chairman of the university’s board of trustees and as the former president of General Motors.

The residence hall comprises five distinct ‘pods,’ each featuring 16 double-occupancy residential rooms. Within each pod, there is a common lounge area equipped with a fireplace and kitchens, fostering an environment that encourages students to engage with one another and collaborate outside of their rooms.
