Project Overview
UHS was commissioned for a Phase II endeavor at St. Thomas after successfully completing the Donnelly Hall Renovation in 2019. Phase II encompassed the construction of an 84,000 sq. ft. residence hall and a 20,000 sq. ft. student union. Within the student union facility, you can find a brand-new dining hall, a convenient grab-and-go cafe for quick meals, an indoor/outdoor rathskeller bar, and STU spirit store.
Within the residence hall, there are 154 hybrid-style residential units. These units feature a layout where two double-occupancy bedrooms are connected by a shared kitchenette and a private bathroom. Each floor is equipped with multiple lounges, quiet study rooms, and laundry facilities for the convenience and comfort of the residents.
