New Residence Hall

UHS partnered with Holy Cross College in 2024 to plan and deliver a new phased residence hall development that supports the College’s increasing enrollment and long-term campus growth strategy. Located adjacent to the University of Notre Dame, Holy Cross sought modern, high-quality housing that reflects student expectations while increasing overall bed density on campus. The first phase — a 114-bed residence hall — is currently under construction and scheduled to open for the Fall 2026 semester. The project represents the initial building in a three-phase housing plan that will establish a new residential quad and enhance the student life experience.
