Project Overview
In 2014, Cleary University partnered with University Housing Solutions to introduce its very first on-campus housing, marking a significant milestone for the campus community. The Phase I development delivered 84 apartment-style beds featuring private bathrooms, full kitchens, and spacious living areas.
Building on this success and rising demand, Phase II was completed in 2018. This expansion mirrors the original residence hall’s design and introduces an inviting student commons courtyard and quad, perfect for outdoor activities and social gatherings. Phase II added 124 beds in hybrid-style units, where pairs of double-occupancy rooms share a private bathroom and kitchenette—granting students versatile housing options that enhance both privacy and community living.
