Project Overview

In 2014, Cleary University initially engaged UHS to develop new student housing on its campus. The completion of the Phase I project marked the university’s very first on-campus housing option, providing 84 beds in apartment-style units with private bathrooms, full kitchens, and living areas.

Due to sustained demand for on-campus housing, Phase II was completed in 2018. This phase replicates the design of the existing residence hall and introduces a student commons courtyard and quad for outdoor activities. Phase II accommodates 124 beds in hybrid-style units, where two double-occupancy units share a private bathroom and kitchenette, further enhancing the university’s housing offerings.
