Phase I Residence Hall

Following years of steady enrollment growth and the introduction of a football program, WWU recognized the urgent need to increase their on campus housing capacity to keep up with demand. UHS entered the picture in 2023 and began working on a phased solution for the school.

Phase I of the project includes a 200-bed residence hall and 1,500 SF quick serve dining option to service the students living in the new node of campus. The building consists of hybrid style residential units with in-unit private bathrooms. The ground floor of the building opens into a large patio overlooking the athletic fields – which will be open to the public for gameday activities.
