Project Overview
The new residence hall at St. Thomas University marks UHS’s third project on the campus, delivering 545 beds across 121,000 square feet and standing at 5 stories.
A distinctive feature of this development is the ground floor, set to house a state-of-the-art bowling alley tailored for the STU Women’s bowling team. The ground floor will also feature a new dining hall to cater to the growing population at STU. This exciting project showcases UHS’ commitment to enhancing student living spaces and community engagement. The building will welcome students in Fall of 2025.
