Project Overview
The new residence hall at St. Thomas University marks UHS’s third project on the campus, delivering 545 beds across 121,000 square feet and standing at 5 stories.
A distinctive feature of this development is the ground floor, which houses a state-of-the-art bowling alley tailored for the STU Women’s bowling team. The ground floor also features a new dining hall to cater to the growing population at STU. This project showcases UHS’ commitment to enhancing student living spaces and community engagement. The building welcomed students in Fall of 2025.
