Project Overview
UHS was introduced to Warner University in 2023 to help find a solution to resolve the school’s on campus housing shortage as a result of their investment in athletics and steady growing enrollment. The new residence hall at Warner will debut as the first new construction facility in over a decade.
The 4-story building accommodates 200 students within 44,610 sf. The pod-style configuration of the residential rooms are centered around spacious common areas and banks of private restrooms. Attached to the ground floor will be a ‘hotel-style’ fitness center along with an expansive outdoor patio equipped with fire pits, games, and seating.
