Project Overview
UHS was introduced to Warner University in 2023 to help resolve the school’s on-campus housing shortage, driven by its investment in athletics and steady enrollment growth. The new residence hall — Stover Hall — debuted as the first new construction facility on campus in over a decade.
The 4-story building accommodates 200 students within 44,610 sf. The pod-style configuration of the residential rooms is centered around spacious common areas and banks of private restrooms. Attached to the ground floor is a ‘hotel-style’ fitness center along with an expansive outdoor patio equipped with fire pits, games, and seating.
