The Residential, Academic, and Wellness Complex at Central State, commonly known as MPC, welcomed students in 2019 and stands as UHS’ second project on the campus. This cutting-edge complex offers a total of 241 beds within apartment-style units, each complete with full kitchens and private bathrooms.
Due to its strategic proximity to CSU’s athletic facilities, a 5,000 sq. ft. wellness center was integrated into the ground floor of the building. This wellness center is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and versatile workout rooms. Its addition not only enhances the well-being of students but also serves as an anchor and prominent entrance for the eastern part of the campus, providing a dynamic and welcoming public face.
