Project Overview
Opened in 2019, the Residential, Academic, and Wellness Complex (MPC) marks University Housing Solutions’ second major project on Central State University’s campus. This modern facility offers 241 apartment-style beds, each featuring full kitchens and private bathrooms—providing students with comfortable, independent living spaces.
Strategically located near CSU’s athletic facilities, the building’s ground floor houses a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot wellness center. Equipped with advanced fitness equipment and versatile workout rooms, the wellness center promotes student health and well-being while serving as a vibrant gateway to the eastern side of campus. Its dynamic presence creates a welcoming focal point that enhances both campus life and community engagement.
