Project Overview
Following the successful completion of Phase I in 2020, Belmont Abbey College experienced unprecedented growth, welcoming its largest incoming freshman classes in back-to-back years. To support this surge in enrollment and enhance the student experience, University Housing Solutions was proud to partner with the college once again for the development of Phase II.
This next phase includes two parallel residence halls—one for men and one for women—each designed to house 160 students. Specifically tailored for freshmen and sophomores, these halls offer traditional dorm-style living designed to foster community and connection. Each floor features expansive common lounges and dedicated study areas, creating an environment that promotes both academic success and social engagement.
