Stallmeyer Hall

Opened in the fall of 2018, Sister Margaret Stallmeyer Hall is the newest residence hall, enriching the college’s housing system. This thoughtfully designed three-story building accommodates 96 students in a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites arranged around a spacious common area that fosters connection. Residents enjoy convenient shared kitchens and semi-private bathrooms, blending comfort with practicality.

Beyond the successful completion of Stallmeyer Hall, University Housing Solutions also delivered comprehensive master planning services for the college. This strategic plan highlights opportunities for future growth across housing, academic facilities, and parking infrastructure. As the first phase of a multi-phase housing initiative, Stallmeyer Hall sets the stage for continued campus development and an enhanced student experience.
