Project Overview
The new twin facility residence hall at Carson-Newman University will house 524 total beds in 110,000 SF. The building will consist of 3 parts: 2 residence hall wings (men’s & women’s) and a “Community Connector” situated between the two wings which will house several student lounge spaces, study areas, private study and conference rooms, recreational rooms, and a grab n’ go café for quick meals on the go and every day essentials for purchase.
The facility marks the largest construction project on the campus of Carson-Newman in their 170+ year history and welcomed students for the 2024-2025 academic year.
