Ohio State University – Buckeye Village

Buckeye Village

Mansfield, OH

Students from The Ohio State University and the North Central State College Regional Campus in Mansfield, Ohio, now share an affordable, near-campus accommodation at Buckeye Village Apartments located just a short drive from OSU-Mansfield. The building is situated on land adjacent to the campus that the schools currently share. The new residence village is planned in phases, with the first phase having opened in 2014 and phase II opening in 2016. A third phase is planned for the future if enrollment supports it.

Phases I and II featured a total of three 38,000 sq. ft. buildings comprised of 3 and 4 bedroom housing pods. Each pod includes a kitchen and dining area, a living area, and a utility area for a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own restroom and closet. Building I in the first phase also featured a clubhouse equipped with a wireless cafe, group study areas, and a computer lab that can be used for university or third-party social events.
